Welcome to SAME by NotSameWear. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
You agree to use the website lawfully and provide correct information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not interfere with website security, use false customer or payment information, copy our content for unauthorized commercial use, or use the website for fraudulent or illegal activity.
We aim to show product descriptions, measurements, fabrics, colors and prices accurately. Colors may look slightly different because of lighting or screen settings. Fit may vary by body shape, fabric and design. Product measurements may have a small reasonable variation. Please review the size chart and product details before ordering.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Products are subject to availability, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may correct a pricing error or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, a price is displayed incorrectly, payment cannot be confirmed, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be arranged.
An order is confirmed after you receive an order-confirmation message. Check your name, phone number, address, products and sizes carefully. Contact us as soon as possible when a change is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. SAME does not directly store complete payment-card information.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by address details, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a correct address and an active phone number.
Exchange and refund requests are managed under our Exchange & Refund Policy. Submitting a request does not automatically mean it is approved. Returned items must be inspected first.
Discount codes must be entered before checkout, may have specific dates, products or minimum-order conditions, and may not be combined unless clearly stated. They cannot normally be added after an order is confirmed.
The SAME and NotSameWear names, logos, photographs, product designs, website copy and visual content are owned by or licensed to us. They must not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, misuse of a product, events outside our reasonable control, or third-party websites and services we do not manage. Nothing in these terms removes a customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms when our services or business operations change. The version shown on the website applies from its stated update date. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
